Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Attorney at Sucato Law Group in Bayonne, NJ. The Attorney will be responsible for managing probate cases along with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and deeds.

Compensation

Salary is $85,000 - $105,000.

Qualifications

• Understanding of estate planning.
• Understanding of tax law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
