Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters in D.C. and Maryland courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney or General Litigation Attorney
• Experience practicing in D.C. and Maryland courts strongly preferred
• Active District of Columbia Bar required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
