Role Description
Schneider Injury Law is seeking an Associate Attorney for a full-time, on-site position at its office in the Battery. This role is for an attorney who has distinguished themselves academically and professionally, and who is ready to bring that same standard of excellence to demanding, high-stakes litigation. While 1-3 years of experience is preferred, recent law grads may also apply.
The Associate will work directly under the firm's founder and lead trial attorney. This is not merely a document review position or a background research role. From the outset, the Associate will have meaningful involvement in significant 7- and 8-figure personal injury/wrongful death matters — including depositions, trial preparation, and direct client representation — at a level of exposure that typically takes years to achieve at larger firms.

The ideal candidate is self-directed and proactive, someone who identifies what needs to be done and executes without waiting to be asked. They take full ownership of their responsibilities, hold themselves to a high standard, and approach their work with the professionalism and dedication that complex litigation demands.
