Hays is excited to announce a partnership with a leading real estate firm specializing in shopping centers across Southern California. As the organization continues to grow its portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee assets in Los Angeles. In addition, the firm is expanding into new markets and is looking to hire an onsite Assistant Property Manager in Utah to support their continued growth.


Your new role

  • Financial Support: Assist with the preparation of accurate financial reports, including operating statements, leasing metrics, and budget tracking.
  • Vendor Coordination: Help manage vendors to ensure services are delivered on time and meet property standards.
  • Operational Support: Support the Property Manager in executing day‑to‑day operations and property initiatives.
  • Tenant Relations: Serve as a point of contact for tenants, helping address requests and maintain strong, positive relationships.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Commercial Property Management, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Experience supporting financial reporting and CAM processes for institutional ownership.
  • CPM or RPA designation is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MRI, Yardi, and Avid Accounting.
  • A Real Estate License is preferred.
