Payments, Treasury Management & Customer Care Technology is looking for an Agile Transformation leader to facilitate the organization’s Agile transformation journey and accelerate Agile maturity across its development organizations. This role will work with all levels of technology and product management, partner Agile transformation groups, Agile Coaches, and Agile Champions to drive Agile mindset and frameworks across the organization. This role will lead a group of transformation pods in Agile Process, Technical, Test Automation, and DevOps that engage at the Agile team level while tracking metrics. A fundamental understanding of software delivery in an Enterprise environment is required as well as experience in Scaled Agile transformation in an Enterprise environment. As this role is cross-LOB-facing, excellent communication and presentation skills is a must as well as being comfortable presenting and demoing to large groups (100+) on video.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience on an Agile team (i.e. Product Owner, Scrum Master)
  • 7+ years of leadership experience
  • 5+ years as an active Agile Coach
  • 3+ years of experience implementing scaled Agile transformation in a complex, silo-driven environment
  • 2+ years of program management experience
  • 1+ year of JIRA experience
  • Agile Certification
  • 1+ years of DevOps experience
  • 1 + year of Confluence experience


Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ year of Java experience
  • 2+ years of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience
  • 1+ year experience with Selenium WebDriver


Other Desired Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience on an Agile team (i.e. Product Owner, Scrum Master) 
  • 7+ years of leadership experience 
  • 5+ years as an active Agile Coach
  • 3+ years of experience implementing scaled Agile transformation in a complex, silo-driven environment
  • Experience in a scaled portfolio Agile Transformation in an Enterprise environment (e.g.: SAFe, LeSS) at the Program level
  • Experienced in a Hybrid delivery environment (e.g.: Agile + Waterfall)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • 1+ years of Jira Align experience


Job Expectations

  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time


Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $112,000 Mid: $160,000
AZ-Chandler: Min: $112,000 Mid: $160,000
CA-SF-Financial District: Min: $134,400 Mid: $192,000
NC-Raleigh: Min: $112,000 Mid: $160,000
