Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Enter orders into proprietary company software
- Communicate with other staff members to ensure all details of the event are properly coordinated
- Support management in the execution and logistics of trade shows
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, and ensure all deadlines are clearly communicated and met
- Customer service
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing files, documents, and supplies
- Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Provide personal assistant support to executives and managers, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Plan, organize and book travel for company employees, including scheduling flights and ground transportation, booking accommodations and handling any other trip-related tasks
- Attend trade shows
- Perform diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: preparing correspondence and generating reports
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of administrative tasks and work diligently individually and as a team member to meet the challenges of time sensitive tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work with computerized systems for data entry purposes
