About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a healthcare organization within the senior living space that is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its legal and administrative team. This opportunity is open due to a departure on the current team and offers the chance to join a fast-paced office environment that works closely with legal professionals and leadership.


Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day office and administrative support to the legal department and internal staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain professionalism while supporting a team with high expectations and multiple priorities. The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, communicating with internal stakeholders, and handling a variety of administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate calendars using Outlook, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Answer and direct incoming calls while providing professional customer service
  • Provide general administrative support such as preparing documents, maintaining files, and data entry
  • Assist team members with administrative requests and special projects as needed
  • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Collaborate with the lead administrative support professional to assist with workload overflow
  • Support a legal team with administrative coordination and scheduling needs


Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience managing calendars and coordinating schedules
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and work confidently in a fast-paced office environment
  • Experience working with attorneys, legal teams, or within healthcare or senior living organizations is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are helpful but not required
