Role Description

This is a part time, remote role. (20 hrs per week, $15-$20 per hour, 9am - 1pm, monday-friday) for an Administrative Assistant, based in Charleston, SC. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day tasks such as managing schedules, handling phone calls, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and providing clerical and executive administrative support. The role involves collaborating with team members to ensure organizational efficiency and seamless daily operations.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle day-to-day operations efficiently
  • Strong communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership personnel effectively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software tools, such as Microsoft Office or similar programs
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
