Position Summary The College of Education and Human Development invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor in Education Psychology. This position contributes to the preparation of future educators by connecting foundational psychological theory to effective classroom practice within a mission -driven, student - centered environment. Qualifications • Earned doctorate or advanced doctoral candidate in Educational Psychology, Teacher Education, or a closely related field • Preparation and/or experience in teacher education and educational psychology • Experience engaging teacher candidates in the study and application of major psychological theories of learning, development, and motivation • Experience supporting candidates in developing and articulating a personal theory of learning and schooling Respon sibilities • Teach undergraduate courses in the teacher education program (e.g., educational psychology, literacy education, early childhood education, educational foundations) • Facilitate application of theory to instructional practice • Provide timely feedback and assess candidate performance • Maintain course records and adhere to university policies • Maintain and manage the course in Blackboard , including course materials, communication, and gradebook Appointment This is a part -time adjunct faculty position . Course assignments are made on a per -term basis and are contingent upon enrollment. Anticipated start date: August 2026.
