Accounts Collections Specialist

We are Seeking a data-driven collections professional who balances strong analytical skills with the "heart and patience of a teacher." You will manage our National Centralized Accounts (NCA) portfolio while supporting and empowering our independent franchisee network.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Collections: Manage the end-to-end B2B corporate collections lifecycle.
- AR Insights: Monitor aging reports, cash forecasts, and summaries for management.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate billing discrepancies, short payments, and deductions.
- Relationship Management: Bridge the gap between corporate AP and local franchisees.
- Accounting Support: Assist with month-end close (reconciliations, journal entries) and audit prep.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Required: 3–5+ years of B2B collections experience + proficiency in QBO & advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
- Preferred: Degree in Finance/Accounting, franchise/multi-unit experience, and a background coaching non-accounting user.
- Core Competencies: Empathetic "teacher's mindset," meticulous documentation skills, and a professional, customer-service-driven presence.
