Role Description
This is a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist position located on-site in La Jolla, CA. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as processing and managing expense reports and vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and posting journal entries, and assisting with reconciliations at one of our portfolio companies. The role involves working closely with the finance team to ensure proper accounting processes and compliance with company standards.
