The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting team in Los Angeles.

In this role, you will manage full-cycle accounts payable operations, including processing invoices, expense reports, and credit card statements, while ensuring accuracy and compliance across vendor records and payment workflows. You will prepare weekly check runs, maintain vendor files (including W-9s and ACH information), support 1099 reconciliation and filing, and assist with audit and reporting needs. You will also support accounting leadership with data entry, reconciliations, and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of general accounting experience
  • Experience with full-cycle accounts payable processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and file management systems)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience with Deltek Vision or similar accounting systems

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
