Accounts Payable Specialist - $60K

Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.

Salary: $60k

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely processing of all invoices and purchase orders
• Handling vendor relationships, including resolving discrepancies, researching open invoices
• Ensure proper coding of payments to appropriate general ledger accounts for accurate posting
• Communicate with internal customers and outside vendors regarding any invoice discrepancies
• Responsible for payment process of vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requests
• Ensuring proper adherence to policies and procedures
• Assist with special projects

Qualifications:

• An Associates degree in Accounting
• Legal experience preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365
