Korean Bilingual Relocation Operations Specialist

Austin, TX (78759) | Entry Level to Junior | Full-Time l $50K-$60K Based on experience

Our client in Austin is hiring Bilingual Relocation Operations Specialists (Korean-English) to support international employees and business travelers relocating to the Austin area.

This is a great opportunity for entry to junior-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in operations, client support, and cross-cultural coordination within a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide relocation support for expatriates and business travelers, including housing search, lease coordination, and move-in/out assistance.
• Assist with transportation needs such as vehicle leasing, rental, or purchase coordination. Support clients in setting up essential services such as mobile plans, banking, driver’s licenses, and school enrollment when needed.
• Deliver occasional on-site support and interpretation as required to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
• Support internal operations by organizing financial documents, tracking vendor invoices and expenses, and assisting with monthly reporting. Maintain accurate records for accounts receivable and payable, and coordinate with accounting teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English is required (Verbal and Written)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping, AP/AR, or expense reconciliation
