We're partnering with a $250M+ revenue organization experiencing significant growth that’s investing heavily in upgrading and modernizing its finance operations. This is a high-visibility leadership role with the opportunity to truly make an impact.


They’re looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to take ownership of a high-volume AP function and help transform it from a transactional environment into a more automated, scalable, and efficient operation.

II. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and develop a team of AP specialists in a high-volume environment (6,000+ invoices/month)
  • Oversee full-cycle AP operations, reporting, and month-end close
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy across AP subledger, reconciliations, and internal controls
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows and resolve issues
  • Establish and track KPIs to enhance performance and scalability


III. What They’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of Accounts Payable leadership experience
  • Experience managing high-volume AP operations (5,000+ invoices/month)
  • Proven track record of process improvement and/or system implementation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-entity experience is a plus
