Key responsibilities:

• Enjoy the perks and autonomy associated with managing the Accounts Payable function within this business - without the headaches that come with managing employees. You will take ownership for the accounts payable process as an individual contributor for several interconnected business units while reviewing previously entered invoice details and coding for accuracy.
• Leverage your ability to anticipate needs and think critically as you interact with individuals across accounting and operations to understand expenses, timelines, and vendor relationships. We’re looking for someone experienced who can balance priorities and be counted on to follow through.
• Take ownership for reconciling the company credit cards, reviewing expense details, and making monthly payments.
• Work directly with this company’s bank to manage lines of credit and ensure they have the necessary documentation they need on an annual basis.
