Overview

We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Accountant ready to take the next step in their career.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in accounting and is looking to move beyond execution into process ownership, leadership exposure, and business partnership. You’ll have the opportunity to operate at a level typically associated with an Accounting Manager, with a clear path for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own key components of the month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
• Analyze financial results and provide meaningful variance explanations
• Serve as a primary contact for external auditors
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
• Support and enhance internal controls and documentation
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A and operational teams
• Mentor and support junior staff, as applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
• 3–6+ years of relevant experience (public accounting or industry)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with month-end close and audit support
• Ability to think critically and solve problems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
