We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Management Resources Loan Staff team. In this role, you’ll serve as a Accounting Manager for client engagements, assuming full responsibility for core accounting operations and providing stability and leadership during periods of transition, growth, or transformation.

This position offers the opportunity to step into hands-on Accounting Manager roles across a variety of industries, partnering closely with client leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and efficient close processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
6–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a Controller or equivalent role.
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Experience overseeing audits and interacting directly with external auditors.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.
Ability to quickly assess environments, assume ownership, and drive improvements in fast-paced, changing organizations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
