Accounting Manager

Accountants One is working with a repeat client of well over 10 years. This is a very unique opportunity to work directly for the company owners and help them maintain a family office. This role will help with the financial management of three homes, including all expenses and reconciliation of credit card and bank accounts. Candidates with previous family office or high-net-worth client experience are highly desired. Candidates with attention to detail and strong accounting skills will be considered.

This role requires someone with unquestioned confidentiality and professional communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in 30 to 32 hours a week, and will include benefits.

Job Duties:

• Managing the financial responsibilities and paying expenses related to three homes
• Assist with cash management and reporting
• Assist with providing information for Estate Planning
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts monthly, paying all bills
• Special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Accounting or Finance degree
• Strong accounting skills
