Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, with potential flexibility up to $70,000 for highly qualified candidates. Overtime eligible.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support while assisting with various administrative, operational, and client-service functions. This individual will serve as a key resource to leadership and play an important role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership and senior team members
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with billing activities, invoice processing, and payment follow-up
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and client-facing documents
  • Process and organize confidential client documentation
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics
  • Support special projects and deadline-driven initiatives
  • Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3-15 years of administrative support experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Experience supporting executives or senior leadership preferred
  • Professional services, accounting, financial services, legal, insurance, or similar industry experience is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
