About RNDA

Rare Necessity Digital Agency is a marketing and production agency based in Atlanta. We're fully remote and built around one thing: execution. We don't just advise our clients. We build and run the strategy alongside them.

We work with established, expertise-led service brands that are ready to scale. Coaches, consultants, course creators, and experts who've built something real and need a team that can run their marketing and launches at a high level. We're Forbes-recognized, 12 years in, and we've generated $50M+ in documented revenue across our client roster.

Our clients expect results, and we deliver them. The people on our team are sharp, accountable, and own outcomes, not tasks.

If you move fast, think critically, and want real work with serious clients, you're in the right place.

The Role

You own the client relationship and you own the result.

This is a strategic leadership seat, not a project management job. You're the strategist on 4 to 6 retainer accounts. You set the marketing direction, build the forecasts, and hold the standard on everything that ships. You lead a delivery team that does the production. You don't do it yourself.

You run the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and the vision call through delivery, reporting, and renewal. When a launch underperforms, you diagnose why and change the plan. When the work moves the numbers, that's what earns the renewal.

What You OwnClient strategy and results
  • 4 to 6 retainer accounts, end to end. You're the strategic lead and the primary point of contact.
  • Revenue projections, launch forecasts, and KPI targets for every account.
  • Clear accountability for what you control: leads, cost per lead, ROAS, launch execution, and the pipeline you build. The client runs their own sales and delivery.
  • The full client lifecycle: onboarding, vision call, strategy, launch, reporting, renewal.
  • Weekly client calls and a clear priority breakdown, account by account.
  • Final approval on everything before it reaches the client: copy, ads, landing pages, creative, video.
  • Performance reviews with real recommendations on what happens next.
Marketing direction
  • The strategy across paid media, organic social, email and SMS, webinar and VSL, and ManyChat automations for each account.
  • Funnel and launch architecture for expertise-led offers.
  • Ad performance, landing page copy, and campaign results, reviewed alongside the media buyer.
  • CPL, ROAS, and revenue, tracked and reported weekly.
Team leadership
  • Direct the delivery team that produces the work: producer, editors, designers, copywriters.
  • Daily focus check-ins and accountability to deadlines and the quality bar.
  • 1:1s, training progress, onboarding new team members, and internal knowledge transfer.
  • Direct creative feedback on websites, ad copy, design, social, and video edits.
  • Role clarity and escalation paths, so everyone knows who owns what.
Production and launch execution (you direct it, you don't run it)
  • Own the quality standard and the timeline across the delivery pipeline in ClickUp.
  • Approve editor assignments, due dates, and revision cycles. The producer handles the day to day.
  • Coordinate the occasional live activation or shoot when an account calls for it. This is a small part of the role, not the center of it.

What You Bring
  • 4+ years owning client accounts at a marketing or creative agency.
  • Real experience leading a team. Developing people, not just assigning tasks.
  • Deep digital marketing for service-based, expertise-led brands: funnels, email and SMS, paid social, launches, content strategy.
  • Strategic thinking you can prove. You can build a revenue forecast, diagnose why a campaign missed, and change course fast.
  • Sharp writing and clear talk. Tight client emails, tight calls, direct feedback.
  • Organized, with project management tool experience. ClickUp preferred.
  • Comfortable across the stack: ClickUp, HoneyBook, GoHighLevel, ManyChat, Canva, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace.
  • A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
  • High EQ. You manage client expectations and team dynamics with care and directness at the same time.

Bonus Points
  • You've carried revenue accountability before. You track KPIs, not just tasks.
  • Background working with personal brands, coaches, or service-based experts.
  • Production experience: video shoots, content pipelines, editing.
  • Event or live activation experience.
