What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow 5–10 enterprise customer accounts on Amego’s Professional plan
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers
  • Lead initial implementation and onboarding of Amego’s platform
  • Proactively identify customer challenges and deliver solutions that drive success
  • Act as first-line support, empowering customers to self-serve effectively
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Customer Success teams
  • Support sales demos for prospective customers and expansion opportunities
  • Maintain a growth mindset — identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Travel to support customers at key live events


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS in Account Management or Customer Success
  • Proven success managing complex, enterprise-level accounts
  • Ability to apply systems thinking to solve technical customer challenges
  • 1+ year experience in event technology, event project management, or event operations
  • Strong ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams
  • Ability to thrive in high-growth, deadline-driven, fixed-date environments


Nice to Have

  • Previous experience carrying a sales or expansion quota
  • Track record of exceeding targets and growing accounts
  • Experience working with APIs or technical integrations
