Where we need you:


  • Manage customer commodity business in line with global, regional, and product strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate all activities related to the assigned customer commodity.
  • Analyze and communicate customer trends to support strategic decision-making (product, regional, innovation).
  • Identify acquisition opportunities and define corresponding action plans.
  • Manage the full RFQ process from initial discussion through final negotiation in alignment with the Key Account Manager (KAM).
  • Prepare and deliver commercial offers in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with customer-specific formats.
  • Execute price negotiations with customers in coordination with the KAM.
  • Maintain and track price history and long-term agreements.
  • Support the KAM in addressing customer concerns, including capacity requests and operational issues.
  • Ensure proper collection, maintenance, and internal distribution of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) in line with company procedures.
  • Identify and develop future business opportunities within the assigned customer commodity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer commodity stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, engineering, and product management teams.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer systems and processes to enhance collaboration and efficiency.


How to convince us:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales.
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or acting as a company ambassador.
  • Exposure to OEM and Tier 1 environments.
  • Affinity for technical processes.
  • Working knowledge of process engineering.
  • Working knowledge of plastic injection molding processes.
