Job Description


Ant Hill Retail (Brands Rising) is a company that has been around 18 years. It has sold retail products into stores for over 600+ brands. We work diligently to place retail brands for retail brands. We leverage best practices from previous brands.

Very strong employees in the past have gone onto major tech sales roles at DOMO, Pattern, Spreetail, Adobe, Bill.com, Bamboo HR, Adobe, Weave and others. Excellent job for a recent business graduate.

This is an excellent job to get you into high level careers. An ideal candidate would be in the final year of college or recent graduate who:

  • Is not afraid of hard work
  • Is willing to make 10-14 meaningful dialogs with retail store buyers per day for our brands
  • Is good on the phone and in person
  • Is smart on how to position a brand to make an analytical sale to a retail chain
  • Is well spoken
  • Who can use computer systems well (databases and CRM's)
Responsibilities


  • To Analyze brands strengths and core competencies
  • To hold bi-monthly strategy calls with brands
  • To call on retail chains and boutiques and consistently follow up positioning the product the best way possible to get placement into retail stores


Qualifications


  • Strong sales individual
  • Near complete or recently complete 4 years degree from a University.
  • Has access to their own computer and cell phone
  • This IS NOT a job you can hide in. Tracking of daily activities and performance weeds out the real human capital from those who do not work hard.
  • Full Time preferred. Part time accepted if over 20 hours and the applicant is finishing school.

  • We are closely affilated with both Retail Collective (retailcollective.org) where we put on a bi-annual retail CEO conference with the top CEO's in the country, as well as are associated with Retail War Games podcast (Apple/Spotify). Work with those entities well.
