Account Manager – Territory (Missouri Region)

Location: Missouri, USA (Field-based role with regional travel)


About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, a global leader in coding and marking solutions, we are seeking a high-performing Account Manager to own and grow business across the Missouri territory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand an established territory across Missouri
  • Drive new business development in coding and marking technologies
  • Sell industrial solutions including inkjet, laser marking, thermal transfer, and labeling systems
  • Conduct on-site customer visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
  • Develop strong long-term customer relationships and strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure successful installations and support
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and CRM reporting
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity within the territory


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales
  • Experience or exposure to coding and marking systems strongly preferred
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in coding and marking or packaging automation
  • Ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales processes
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Willingness to travel throughout Missouri regularly
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
  • Understanding of manufacturing line integration and industrial equipment sales
  • Exposure to OEM or distributor channel sales models
