About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee key retail accounts with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and partnership management. Prior experience working in Children’s wear wholesale side, managing various systems, workflows, and product requirements, is highly preferred. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our internal teams and the customer, ensuring smooth execution across development, production, and delivery.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in relationship management, and brings deep knowledge of the Children’s apparel industry from concept through delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day account communication, serving as the main point of contact for assigned apparel accounts.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle—from line development and sample coordination to production approvals and final delivery.
  • Ensure all customer requirements, timelines, and technical standards are met with precision.
  • Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Production, and Sales to ensure accurate information flow and seamless execution.
  • Track orders, monitor production milestones, and proactively flag delays, risks, or required adjustments.
  • Maintain detailed documentation in internal systems, ensuring accuracy across style information, PO updates, and delivery schedules.
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and seasonal reviews.


Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Children’s apparel account management or wholesale sales support.
  • Strong understanding of apparel development, production timelines, and retail requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
