The Director of Sales position spearheads the company’s efforts to grow and expand relationships with its retail partners offering the most creative products in the industry. This position is responsible for achieving sales quotas and executing strategic and assigned account methodologies. The candidate would represent the entire range of product categories & brand initiatives while collaborating with product development teams. Directly responsible for identifying opportunities with retailer partners, actively prospecting new business, and mentoring junior sales team members.
