Role Description

The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Hilton Head Island, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing customized insurance solutions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, assist with renewals, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value.

  • Proficiency in managing client portfolios, account servicing, and renewal processes
  • Analytical skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Proficient in organizational and time management practices to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Experience in the insurance industry or related field is strongly preferred
  • Proficient with industry-standard software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve client satisfaction
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to obtain Property/Casualty licensing.
