The Opportunity

We're hiring an Account Executive to own the conversation with our highest-intent investors. Our marketing engine, content, and community are bringing qualified investors to the table every day; your job is to turn those conversations into long-term capital on the platform.

You'll be the face of mogul for hundreds of investors making real decisions about real money. That means you need to know the product, speak credibly about real estate as an asset class, and earn trust quickly. The right person here isn't a "closer" in the classic sense, they're a consultative operator who can educate, build rapport, and guide investors to the right decision for them.

If you're energized by high-volume, high-quality conversations and want to help define what a modern fintech sales motion looks like, this is your seat.

What You'll Do

  • Run scheduled discovery and onboarding calls with inbound investors who've raised their hand
  • Educate prospective investors on mogul's offerings, the underlying real estate, and how the platform fits into their broader portfolio strategy
  • Build trust quickly: answer hard questions about risk, returns, liquidity, and structure with clarity and confidence
  • Manage a full pipeline in our CRM with discipline: follow-ups, next steps, and accurate forecasting
  • Convert qualified conversations into funded investor accounts and ongoing capital deployment
  • Partner with marketing and GTM to feed real investor objections, questions, and signals back into messaging, content, and ICP refinement
  • Help shape the AE playbook as we scale. This isn't a "run the script" role

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in fintech, wealth management, real estate, or a high-trust consultative environment
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding quota in an inbound or hybrid sales motion
  • Genuine fluency in (or deep curiosity about) real estate, investing, and personal finance. Investors will know in 30 seconds if you don't
  • Exceptional verbal communication: build rapport fast, and make complex products feel simple
  • Pipeline discipline: you live in your CRM and your forecast is the most accurate one on the team
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a startup pace — you'd rather build the motion than inherit a 200-page playbook
  • Bonus points: experience selling to retail and/or HNW investors, a personal investing practice, or a track record of being early at a fast-growing company

What You'll Get

  • A high-quality, high-volume inbound pipeline
  • Competitive compensation
  • Direct partnership with the founding team
  • A front-row seat at one of the fastest-growing fintech startups in NYC
  • A network of operators, investors, and founders building the future of alternative investing
  • Clear growth path into senior AE, team lead, or GTM leadership roles as we scale

Ready to Build?

If you're the kind of seller who reads a job description and immediately starts thinking about how you'd run your first ten calls — we want to hear from you. Send us your resume, a short note on why mogul (not just "why an AE role"), and your best deal story: the one that taught you the most, won or lost. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
