Account Executive
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in the Tampa or Jacksonville area)

Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 Base + Commission
Overview
We are seeking a driven, hunter-oriented Account Executive to build and grow a territory through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in net-new business development, enjoys owning the full sales cycle, and has experience creating opportunities through self-generated pipelines.
You will work with property owners, management groups, HOAs, COAs, and multi-dwelling communities to deliver customized telecommunications solutions while driving revenue growth and expanding market presence throughout Florida.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with prospects and key decision-makers across assigned territories
- Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline while consistently achieving sales goals
- Deliver presentations and consultative solutions tailored to customer needs
- Maintain CRM activity, pipeline forecasting, and sales reporting
- Travel throughout assigned territories as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing sales roles
- Proven success with prospecting, cold calling, and self-generated pipeline development
- Experience owning and growing a territory with a strong hunter mentality
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through close
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned territories within Florida
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications, broadband, fiber, technology, or related industries
- Experience selling larger contract-value solutions
- Familiarity with MDU environments, property management organizations, HOAs, or COAs
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools
