Account Executive

Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in the Tampa or Jacksonville area)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 Base + Commission

Overview

We are seeking a driven, hunter-oriented Account Executive to build and grow a territory through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in net-new business development, enjoys owning the full sales cycle, and has experience creating opportunities through self-generated pipelines.

You will work with property owners, management groups, HOAs, COAs, and multi-dwelling communities to deliver customized telecommunications solutions while driving revenue growth and expanding market presence throughout Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with prospects and key decision-makers across assigned territories
  • Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline while consistently achieving sales goals
  • Deliver presentations and consultative solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Maintain CRM activity, pipeline forecasting, and sales reporting
  • Travel throughout assigned territories as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing sales roles
  • Proven success with prospecting, cold calling, and self-generated pipeline development
  • Experience owning and growing a territory with a strong hunter mentality
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through close
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned territories within Florida

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in telecommunications, broadband, fiber, technology, or related industries
  • Experience selling larger contract-value solutions
  • Familiarity with MDU environments, property management organizations, HOAs, or COAs
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools
