ABOUT THE ROLE
We're growing — and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to own and expand a territory across Houston, Texas (including Kingwood, Humble, East Houston, Baytown, Med Center). This is a high-impact field role where your relationships directly fuel patient admissions, and your compensation follows your performance with no ceiling.
You'll be embedded in physician offices, hospital systems, and clinical practices — building the kind of trusted partnerships that make you the first call when a patient needs home health. If you're a self-starter who thrives in the field and is ready to take full ownership of a book of business, this is the opportunity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
▸ Own and grow a defined portfolio of referral accounts — physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, and clinical practices — with a focus on expansion
▸ Develop deep, consultative relationships with physicians, PAs, MAs, and care coordinators; become the trusted name they call first
▸ Convert referral relationships into patient admissions and drive measurable volume growth across your territory
▸ Use market data, penetration metrics, and competitive intelligence to prioritize your time and maximize field impact
▸ Partner with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions and strong follow-through on every referral
▸ Track territory trends and competitive activity; bring strategic insights back to leadership
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
▸ Proven experience in healthcare field sales, account management, or physician liaison work — home health strongly preferred
▸ Existing relationships with physicians, hospital systems, or clinical referral sources in your market
▸ Backgrounds in hospice, SNF, Pharma, Orthotics, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy or related post-acute care are welcomed
▸ Data-driven mindset — you use metrics to plan your week, assess account health, and prioritize intelligently
▸ Self-directed and competitive — you hold yourself accountable to results and don't wait to be managed
▸ Strong communicator who earns trust with clinical professionals through consistency and follow-through
▸ Coachable and growth-oriented — you seek feedback and want visibility into your own performance
★ Bonus: experience in orthopedic, spine, or sports medicine referral environments
