This role is with the CRM Core Services team and is a Software Engineering position.  We are looking for someone with proven .Net and Microsoft Dynamics development skill set.  This person must be able to work independently, as well as with team members, business analysts, management, vendors, and other technical staff to develop applications including ASP.NET web sites, Dynamics, and have a working knowledge of SQL Server tables and stored procedures.
  
Candidate will be required to lead junior level development team members and contract resources, including providing necessary guidance to prepare SDLC and technical documents, troubleshoot and resolve production issues.  This position also requires adherence and leadership to all Wells Fargo secure coding standards, including SDLC processes, peer reviews, and vulnerability remediation.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of .Net or Java experience or a combination of both
  • 3+ years of experience developing web applications utilizing HTML 5
  • 5 + years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • 2+ years of MS Visual Studio experience


Desired Qualifications

  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 2+ years of Agile experience
  • 2+ years of JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) development experience


Other Desired Qualifications
  • 7+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 1 + years of MS Dynamics exposure and/or development experience
  • 5+ years of .Net Core experience.
  • Development experience which includes PL-SQL and/or T-SQL
  • Experience with MVC, Rest services, TFS, GIT, Jira
  • Financial Services experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive and thoughtful in meeting customer needs

  • Ability to work on call as assigned
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
