ServiceNow Discovery/Flexera Normalize team within Enterprise Function Technology group is looking for a qualified, experienced ServiceNow - Software Engineer/developer supporting Agile/Sprint cycles aligned to support the vendor applications ServiceNow Discovery application, Flexera Normalize (Data Platform) and legacy in-house .NET applications support. This position requires strong SDLC background with development experience in ServiceNow Platform, JavaScript development, .NET, and SQL. • 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience
• 3+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
• 2+ years of JavaScript development experience
• 2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
• 2+ years of experience with Agile in a development environment
• 2+ years of MS SQL server experience
• 2+ years of JIRA experience

• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 3+ years of .net experience
• One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications: (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator, (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist, or (CAD) Certified Application Developer
• Web Services experience
• Knowledge and understanding of technology architecture: solutions for web applications and web services
• Experience using the team collaboration software Confluence
• A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
• Ability to develop reports and metrics
• Knowledge and understanding of all phases of project development and testing lifecycle
• Experience problem solving using systems thinking

• Excellent communication skills - both orally and written with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment.

• Ability to work outside of regular business hours
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
