We are hiring a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join the Commercial Lending Technology organization within Wells Fargo Technology. Our team provides development and support of the Reconciliation Platform applications that serve multiple lines of business including Wells Fargo Securities and International. The applications consist of vendor and internally developed .NET applications utilized to perform GL reconciliation activities. This position will play a key role in assisting with the development of our modernization/transformation activities including cloud migration and test automation. This Senior .NET Software Engineer will develop software solutions utilizing C#, .NET CORE, SSIS, and SQL Server technologies. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Convert the applications from the .NET framework to the .NET CORE framework as part of our cloud transformation. 
  • Assist the team with test automation activities against the .NET CORE applications. 
  • Enable our applications to modernize through the use of containers and CICD automation. 
  • Partner with other team members to deliver on our strategic initiatives. 
  • Participate in gathering requirements and discussing solution design with users

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • 2+ years of MS SQL server experience
  • 5+ years of SQL experience
  • 7+ years of C#.NET experience
  • 1+ year of .NET Core experience


Desired Qualifications

  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience
  • Ability to consult at the highest technical level on design: planning, integration, implementation, scalability, and problem definition
  • Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • 5 + years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS


Other Desired Qualifications
  • Development experience with React
  • CICD experience with tools such as GitHub, TFS, Jenkins, and uDeploy
  • Development experience with cloud hosting platforms such as Azure, Google, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry
  • Experience with developing and deploying applications through containers 




Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000
