About the Role

As an X‑Ray Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures that guide accurate diagnosis and treatment decisions. You’ll provide a calm, supportive environment for patients while producing high‑quality images that meet clinical and regulatory standards.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic radiographic exams with optimal image quality
  • Position patients appropriately and identify anatomical orientation on all images
  • Ensure accurate image labeling, documentation, and file identification
  • Obtain patient history and enter information into the electronic system
  • Educate patients on procedures, follow‑up steps, and safety expectations
  • Apply radiation safety principles to protect patients and staff
  • Monitor patient condition and vital signs during examinations
  • Review completed studies for technical accuracy and present exams to radiologists
  • Maintain equipment quality through routine QA and basic troubleshooting
  • Utilize sterile techniques and maintain clean, organized exam rooms
  • Support operational coverage during call‑outs or high‑volume periods
  • Mentor and assist with onboarding new team members
  • Maintain CPR certification and current licensure
  • Comply with ARRT standards, HIPAA regulations, and all facility policies
  • Contribute to a positive patient and referring provider experience
  • Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, teamwork, and professionalism


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
  • Ability to learn and utilize departmental computerized imaging systems


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Radiation Therapy, or Nuclear Medicine
  • 1+ year of experience as a General Radiologic Technologist
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Vision correctable to 20/20 for equipment operation and image review

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
