Job Opportunity: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: New York City, New York (Onsite)

Key Responsibility

• Senior ServiceNow Developer
• Senior ServiceNow Developer with experience in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD). Deep platform knowledge and hands-on development expertise are essential.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and customize Workplace Service Delivery modules (Workplace Service Management, Space Management, Reservations, Move Management, Visitor Management, etc.).
• Lead end-to-end solution development using platform best practices.
• Build workflows, automations, and integrations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Extend platform capabilities through advanced scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs).
• Optimize data model, security model, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate workplace operational needs into scalable technical solutions.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Implementation experience with Workplace Service Delivery.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (HR, Facilities, Access Control, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST API integrations and platform architecture
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (WSD preferred).
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, or related enterprise modules.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced with cross functional stakeholders.
