KPMG is currently seeking a Solution Architect, ServiceNow to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements within the ServiceNow framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platformsDesign and implement solutions that are scalable, flexible, and easy to maintain to include leading proofs of concept for newBuild integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL toolsProvide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, to include working with ServiceNow support and other technical teams to address and resolve critical issues; work with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are integrated with other systems and processesCreate comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standardsStay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions (HRSD, WSD, ITOM, ITSM and more)Qualifications:
