Role Description
The Worship Director will be responsible for planning and leading engaging worship experiences that align with the church’s mission and values. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Aurora, IL, with some work-from-home flexibility. Core responsibilities include selecting and arranging worship music, leading rehearsals with the worship team, playing instruments during services, and coordinating with pastoral staff to create meaningful worship moments. Additional responsibilities include identifying and developing volunteer talent for the worship team, as well as ensuring all technical and musical elements are seamless during services.
