Workplace Experience Manager
Position Overview
TMG Partners seeks an experienced leader to create exceptional workplace experiences at a premier, owner-occupied Class A office project that serves as the client’s corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will cultivate experiences that embody our client’s purpose: delivering our hometowns, serving our planet, and leading with love. This role will build and sustain a workplace environment where employees feel valued, connected, and inspired to do their best work.
Reporting to TMG and aligned with the Senior IFM Program Manager the Workplace Experience Manager will partner with senior leadership to design programs, experiences, and services that bring the client’s values to life.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Embody "Leading with Love"
- Design and execute employee engagement programs that demonstrate empathy, compassion, and genuine care for employees
- Create meaningful experiences that help employees feel like they belong to something larger than themselves
- Build a sense of community and connection across departments, functions, and levels
Partner with Leadership
- Collaborating with executives and senior leaders on culture initiatives and team-building strategies
- Coach and advise managers on employee engagement best practices, team dynamics, and creating inclusive environments
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on people and culture matters
- Own and execute onsite meetings, executive visits, and team offsites and ensure flawless execution
Drive Cultural Excellence
- Champion our client ‘score values (Trustworthy, Empathetic, Curious, Tenacious, Nimble, Owners) through programs and experiences
- Plan and execute employee events, recognition programs, and celebrations that cause joy for employees
- Measure employee engagement and identify opportunities to continuously improve the employee experience
- Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in all programs and initiatives
Build Community & Connection
- Create opportunities for employees to connect across organizational boundaries
- Develop programming that helps employees understand how their work contributes to our client’s mission
- Partner with Employee Resource Groups and internal networks to amplify employee voices
Workplace Experience & Service Excellence
Deliver Best in Class Hospitality Service
- Bring hospitality and service excellence mindset to every aspect of the employee experience
- Collaborate with C-level executives on workplace experience strategy and vision
Partner with Facilities & Operations
- Manage the hospitality service delivery of facilities operations and vendor management, janitorial services, security, food and beverage, HVAC, maintenance, and service contracts ensuring service quality and accountability
- Ensure workplace services and operational standards reflect our client commitment to safety and excellence, including ADA accessibility, fire/life/safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and adherence to all local and state requirements
- Coordinate high-touch employee services and amenities that make employees' lives easier
- Identify and implement service improvements that eliminate friction in the employee experience
Create Moments That Matter
- Design and oversee concierge-style services that anticipate and meet employee needs
- Ensure workplace hospitality reflects the care and attention our client shows its customers and communities

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in employee engagement, workplace experience, culture building, or related fields
- Proven track record of designing and implementing employee programs that drive engagement and belonging
- Experience of partnering with senior leadership and coaching managers on people and culture matters
- Demonstrated ability to build community and create meaningful employee experiences at scale
- Strong project management skills with ability to execute complex programs and events
- Experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or office leadership roles

Preferred Background
- Experience in hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, luxury service environments)
- Background in community building, culture development, or organizational development
- Experience in corporate headquarters or campus environments
- Understanding of how physical workplace and services impact employee experience
- Familiarity with employee engagement measurement and continuous improvement methodologies
Physical Requirements
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
Ability to be present onsite at the office site retail campus 5 days a week (Monday – Friday), sometimes with varying hours to meet tenant and operational needs.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs, both in office/retail space and in a construction environment.
Ability to use a computer and related equipment, often for multiple hours each day.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $159,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
