We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Change Management and Internal Corporate Communications. This role will be responsible for driving organization-wide communication strategies and leading change initiatives across enterprise systems such as ERP and SaaS platforms.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders by ensuring effective communication, smooth adoption of new systems, and successful execution of change programs.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
📢 Internal Communications Strategy
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide IT communication strategies
- Create, review, and distribute clear, engaging communication materials (emails, newsletters, leadership updates, announcements)
- Partner with leadership to align messaging with business goals and transformation initiatives
- Manage communication calendars and ensure timely delivery across all channels
🔄 Change Management
- Lead end-to-end change management initiatives for enterprise system implementations
- Drive adoption strategies for platforms like:
- ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.)
- CRM (Salesforce)
- HCM (Workday)
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
- Develop training, adoption, and reinforcement plans
🤝 Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure alignment
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users
- Facilitate workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions
📊 Program & Project Management
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication plans
- Track adoption metrics and change effectiveness
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
- Proven experience in Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
- Strong experience in Internal Corporate Communications
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms:
- Oracle Fusion / SAP / Workday / Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create executive-level presentations and messaging
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
