Proven track record in End-to-End Payroll Implementations and large-scale Outsourcing Transitions.

Deep understanding of Payroll engine logic, API integrations with HRIS, and data migration protocols.

Proficiency in Agile or Waterfall methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.

Ability to manage the "human side" of change, specifically when standardizing local processes into a global model.

Strong grasp of statutory requirements, tax regulations, and data privacy (GDPR/SOC1).

The Big Picture

A project manager in this space isn’t just executing tasks, they’re acting as a transformation leader. The ability to balance structure (process, governance) with people (change, communication) is what separates successful implementations from failed. Someone who has previous experience in project managing such design and implementations for Finance, Procurement, Order to cash, Record to Report, FP&A etc. processes would be great.
