Job Description:
This position will be on the Core HCM Workday product team.
This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release.
Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role
• Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time)
• Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
• Prior Workday certification
• Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations
