Position: Payroll Analyst

Pay Rate: $32-40 Hourly

Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of multi‑state U.S. payroll processing and payroll tax experience.
- Recent hands‑on experience with **Workday Payroll** (or Workday HCM with payroll processing responsibility) is required.
- Experience with electronic timekeeping systems and payroll inputs.
- Experience utilizing ADP Smart Compliance and ADP Tax is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including lookups and pivot tables) and working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Plusses:
- Experience with certified payrolls, equity/stock transactions, and job-costing preferred
- Experience with AI‑enabled payroll tools or agents is a plus.
- Experience processing international payrolls through third party provider systems is a plus.
- Day to Day: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll Team. Will be responsible for processing multiple company payrolls with accuracy and timeliness using Workday Payroll. This role ensures that all payroll reports, audits, and tax filings are thoroughly completed and consistently comply with all relevant government regulations. Experience with AI‑enabled payroll tools or agents is a plus. This position supports the execution of payroll operations for the US but will gain knowledge and experience in international payroll as work allows. The role emphasizes the high-quality execution of recurring payroll processes and the support of medium-complexity projects that align with the team’s key objectives.
