Women's Services Nurse Director

Community hospital looking to bring on Women's Services Nurse Director! Relocation!

Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Level II Trauma Center. Accredited Stroke and Chest Pain Center. Maternal Fetal Health Center to care for critically ill mothers and their babies. Antepartum unit, a labor and delivery unit, and Level III NICU. Four emergency rooms, including a dedicated Pediatric emergency room and two freestanding ERs.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of RECENT (Within the last year) as a manager or director in a large hospital – experience in Women Services. Needs experience with at least 3500 births a year in a high acuity facility.
• BSN is Required
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to achieve and then maintain BCLS certification is required.
