Wills/Estates Probate/Trust Associate Attorney

Role Description

Mid-sized, 30+ attorney law firm in the north metro is seeking a full-time Wills/Estates & Probate/Trust Associate Attorney to join our existing team. The attorney will focus on providing legal counsel in estate planning, probate, and trust matters for a variety of clients. Responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to draft estate plans, providing legal advice, administering estates and trusts, and representing clients in related legal proceedings. This role requires dedication to excellent client service and the ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented professional environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Estate Planning, and Probate & Trust Administration preferred
• Strong legal advice and consultation skills, with ability to deliver guidance
• Proficiency in research and ability to interpret complex legal principles effectively
• Strong communication skills
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota
• Primarily in-office position with schedule flexibility
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills
• 2+ years of experience in Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning is preferred

Salary:

$100,000-$130,000
