The Wholesale Fulfillment Analyst is the operational backbone of HydroJug’s wholesale fulfillment organization. Where the Wholesale Planner focuses on forecasting, assortment strategy, and forward-looking demand planning, this role ensures that what gets planned actually gets delivered — on time, accurately communicated, and with minimal surprises.

Core Responsibilities
1. Wholesale Order Governance & PO Management Ensure all incoming wholesale purchase orders are accurate, operationally feasible, compliant, and ready for fulfillment execution before approval and release.
2. Inventory Feasibility & Allocation Management Review inventory availability, inbound timing, and allocation strategy to ensure approved orders can realistically be fulfilled within customer timelines.
3. Inbound & Warehouse Coordination Coordinate inbound visibility and warehouse execution timing to align fulfillment demand with operational capacity and prevent downstream disruptions.
4. Customer Communication & Exception Management Proactively communicate fulfillment risks, shortages, substitutions, and timing adjustments to retail customers before issues impact shipment execution.
5. Forecast Alignment & Operational Analysis Monitor incoming order demand against customer forecasts and internal planning assumptions to identify forecast variance, inventory risk, and operational trends early.
6. Data Integrity & Operational Reporting Maintain reliable order and item-level data while supporting operational visibility, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement across the wholesale fulfillment workflow.
