About the Role
HydroJug is looking for a Wholesale Operations Analyst to own the performance of order flow through our warehouse. As order volume and wholesale complexity continue to grow, this role serves as the critical bridge between planning and execution — ensuring retail customer orders move efficiently from ready-to-ship through final shipment, on time, every time. You'll be embedded on-site in our warehouse in Ogden, UT, working closely with Supply Chain and Wholesale Operations to drive real-time visibility, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and build better processes that prevent recurring issues. This role reports directly to Wholesale Operations leadership.

Success in the First 12 Months
In your first 90 days, you'll develop a strong understanding of HydroJug's order flow process, build relationships with the warehouse and supply chain teams, and establish a consistent daily rhythm for pipeline monitoring and reporting. By the end of your first year, you'll be independently owning order flow performance, identifying trends before they become problems, and actively contributing process improvement recommendations that reduce delays and strengthen our wholesale execution.
Location and Reporting
This is a full-time, on-site role based at HydroJug's warehouse in Ogden, UT. The Wholesale Operations Analyst reports to Wholesale Operations leadership. Standard hours align to warehouse operations with flexibility expected during high-volume periods and around carrier cutoffs.
