Chubbies is looking for a Wholesale Account Associate to help us optimize and support managing the day-to-day operations of our rapidly growing wholesale business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, solution-oriented, flexible, and an innovative contributor and communicator. The wholesale coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing outbound purchase orders with multiple partners.


The Wholesale Account Associate has a passion for retail and a successful track record in wholesale sales or sales support. In addition, have leadership skills and a demonstrated track record of analytical problem solving and building processes from the ground up.


Duties and responsibilities


This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is keen on learning, very process driven. Your main responsibilities will include:

Wholesale Operations:

  • Contributing to the wholesale business by working effectively by collaborating across other departments to facilitate inventory and remarketing duties including pricing, reconditioning and venue selection decisions.
  • Management of the Key Accounts operational requirements such as; IT & system requirements & logistics ensuring that are all deadlines are met
  • Use set reporting tools to validate accuracy of confirmed sales orders and immediately address discrepancies as needed
  • Maintaining orders and workflows within SPS Web Fulfillment
  • Weekly monitoring of unconfirmed orders and availability of goods to meet the orders
  • Communicate any discrepancies to the respective retailers and spearhead solution
  • Working with the production team & the warehouse to ensure any key account requirements such as labelling, specific packaging are delivered
  • Ensuring client credit control limits are not breached and working with clients to ensure payment performance is optimized
  • Leading support in logistics and fulfillment coordination of orders
  • Project lead supporting any operational resources and platform tools efficiencies for our teams
  • Lead project coordinator in B2B tool operational connections and requirements.

Participate in Talent Development:


  • Support onboarding and training of new team members on wholesale operations

workflows, NetSuite order management, and key account compliance requirements.

  • Maintain and improve process documentation and training materials to enable team consistency and continuity.
  • Take advantage of ongoing training across wholesale operations and adjacent functional areas to build a holistic understanding of the business.



Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Wholesale account support for an apparel wholesaler
  • Experience handling national retailer accounts
  • Proficient Excel skills (i.e. capturing and recording important data, using shortcuts and formula functions, sorting and filtering data)
  • Experience working with NuOrder (bonus)
  • Support in Sample Coordination
  • Support in Logistics coordination for all wholesale orders
  • Experience with SPS Web Fulfillment or E.D.I.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite and how it works
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Can work with multiple parts of the organization to solve different kinds of issues
