Welder Fitter

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Welder Fitter to join their team. As a Welder Fitter, you will be part of the industrial department supporting the production and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will have precision, dedication, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder Fitter

Location: Anniston, AL

Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Some required Saturday overtime

What's the Job?

• Fit and weld metal parts and components based on blueprints or job specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials using proper tools and equipment
• Ensure welds meet quality standards and pass inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What's Needed?

• 3 to 4 years of welder-fitter experience
• Must be able to pass a weld test
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
