Location: Nampa, ID

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team in Nampa. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong understanding in sheet metal fabrication who’s ready to continue building a long-term career in welding and fabrication. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy hands-on metalwork in a shop environment, this role is for you.

• Perform sheet metal fabrication with accuracy and efficiency
• Execute MIG and flux-core welds in accordance with blueprints and specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment, including press brake
• Grind, cut, and finish metal components as needed
• Maintain high welding and fabrication quality standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication
• Proficiency in MIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

Preferred Qualifications

• 3G Welding Certification
• Experience with grinding, metal cutting, and finishing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

This position is based in a fabrication shop inside a plant environment. You’ll be performing hands-on welding and fabrication work using modern equipment in a safety-focused setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Nampa,ID.
